I have a workforce across different areas of the UK and Ireland, can you provide training for all of them?
Yes, we can provide courses for staff in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales and even globally.
How is this training delivered and what details do you require in order to start the training?
We do not require any staff details upfront. We provide you with all the information you need and this can be distributed to your workforce to ensure a smooth and easy transition into the course for each staff member. We provide full technical support and our team is on hand to assist your staff with any accessibility queries or difficulties they might have.
How long does it take to get staff set up with login details to access the course?
Access can be arranged as soon as 1 hour later (depending on your training needs). We will work with you and your deadlines.
I really enjoyed the course but would like to add some content specific to my company, can this be done?
Yes, absolutely. Our courses have been designed specifically for each jurisdiction based on the current law by a team of experts and lawyers. The content within the eLearning courses will provide you with the most robust level of protection. However, if you feel you would like to make any changes to our course, we are more than happy to talk about what changes you would like made and provide you with the costs and a timeframe.
Are certificates provided at the end of the course?
Yes. An end-of-course assessment is included to ensure your staff understand key components of the training. Once your staff have completed the course and achieved the minimum pass score in the assessment, each member of your team will automatically receive their own personalised certificate.
Can I monitor staff activity and completion rates?
Yes. We can provide you with ‘Account Manager’ rights, which will enable you to view all staff information, completion rates and completion dates. You can also download this information to keep on file as part of your audit reporting.
